To understand Lakeshore Family Partners, you must first understand the Mercer and Radermacher Families. For thirty plus years, the families, both owners of petroleum equipment businesses, have shared knowledge and resources to help each other.
It started with Lee Radermacher helping a young Kirk Mercer understand the PEI industry and how to navigate vendor relationships.
From there, Kirk worked closely with Tom and Joe Radermacher to benchmark and understand best practices to compete and grow in their respective markets.
When Joe Radermacher passed away in 2018, Andy Mercer was quick to reach out to Kurt Radermacher and help Kurt navigate the business and the industry.
A friendship and mutual respect grew from there that eventually led to the founding of Lakeshore Family Partners in 2023.
